Centerline Development & Services Inc. is a Boston based real estate development company specializing in luxury residential projects, restorations, and condo conversions. Through modern practice Centerline Development revives existing character and architectural charm, unique to Boston and its surrounding areas.
Centerline’s founder and CEO, Adam Jaspon, purchased his first rental property in 2013 and was instantly hooked. Adam now owns and manages over a dozen rental units. In 2015 he purchased a home in the Popes Hill area of Dorchester and fell in love with the neighborhood.
A graduate of the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, Adam spent nearly eight years at sea, working as an engineering officer in the engine room. He spent is time off learning about and investing in real estate.

Since founding Centerline Development in 2018, Adam has brought 11 luxury condominiums to the Dorchester market with 12 more in the pipeline. A firm believer that there is always room for improvement, Adam continues to learn and refine his process. He seeks to constantly evolve and grow as both a builder and a person.
With a mechanical background and extensive experience rehabbing properties, he brings a unique perspective to his development business. Adam strives to provide clients with first class service to make their experience seamless and pleasant.
While Centerline is open to working in all Boston neighborhoods, we have focused primarily on the diverse Dorchester area because of all that it offers its residents. With easy access to downtown, metro west, and the south shore via public transit and major highways, Dorchester is a Commuter’s dream. Boston’s largest neighborhood is also home to many desirable restaurants, bars, shops, and athletic clubs. We look forward to bringing many more beautiful homes to this wonderful city.
